I am working with the UMRA tool for at least 3-4 years. This tool is very helpful in creating scripts for IT helpdesk people to support their clients without them having administrative rights on the Active Directory or Exchange. I used the tool with Exchange 2003 and now with Exchange 2007 and going from one platform to another with the tool was very easy.
